The 5A bracket doesn't matter. Unless you are hoping for a good draw to win the runner up trophy

While I do think Dutch Fork is the overwhelming favorite in 5A, I don't think Fort Dorchester plans to forfeit their chance to play Dutch Fork, and Sumter hasn't withdrawn yet either. Matter of fact, Chapin plans to play them Friday night as far as I know. So while they are the odds on favorite and most of the smart money is on the Silver Foxes, I think we will still have a bracket.
As for the Upper State, Gaffney, T L Hanna and Northwestern are my Top Three to be the representative in Columbia and granted, I'm partial to my pals in Gaffney, but last time I checked, if they qualify, I think they would make the trip to Columbia to meet up with Dutch Fork and they could represent quite well.
FOR THE RECORD, as Mike Greenberg is fond of saying on GET UP on ESPN, "if I had to bet an amount of money that was important to me" I would have to place my bet on Dutch Fork. That amount by the way is anything higher than a dollar....

Things are beginning to take shape, but there is still a lot of football to be played and a lot of things can and probably will change before now and the time the brackets are final.
But, it gives you an idea of what could be happening.....

Really having a hard time believing Summerville loses to West Ashley.
