I put my PHD to work and this is what I come up with AS OF 10/23.... Please read the note below where I go into detail on the current projection... it's about as solid as pre-set Jello.



PHD - No I do not have a Doctorate,
it stands for: Public Highschool Diploma.

Thanks so much for posting these Rebel-Fan-74! I agree it is nice to see some posts about Football on here. It is pretty neat to get somewhat of an idea of how the playoffs will be. Thanks again for doing this and I really hope that you can do it for the rest of the season.

Updated for 10/4/2021 - Still too early to feel confident in most of the picks.

For Region VI you could put down one of 2 teams (OR UPON FURTHER STUDY, POSSIBLY 3 TEAMS) in that #1 spot and you can make a case at this point. I don't think the Region Champion will be undefeated in Region play and it might be a good idea to get up to date on the Region tie-breakers because they might be needed. South Florence, Hartsville and Myrtle Beach are the teams and I gave the nod to Myrtle Beach because I didn't want to put a curse on the Bruins like when Lee Corso picks a team with the mascot head. Just kidding, I went with the Seahawks based on experience (the "been there, done that" factor) and the QB issue at SF. I'm not certain of his status going forward and Hartsville is more of an unknown to me.

10/15/21 Myrtle Beach vs Wilson
10/22/21 Myrtle Beach at South Florence
10/29/21 Myrtle Beach vs North Myrtle Beach

10/08/21 South Florence at Wilson

10/29/21 South Florence at West Florence

10/08/21 Hartsville at Myrtle Beach
10/15/21 Hartsville at South Florence
10/22/21 Hartsville vs Wilson
10/29/21 Hartsville vs Darlington

All three have Wilson, and each other, while SF and MB have city rivalry games to end the regular season and Hartsville has Darlington which current is 0-3 and has been shut out BAD in all three games....


Region II seems to be headed to the Greenville -vs- Greenwood match up with Greenville having two weeks to get ready for the trip to Greenwood:

Thank you Rebel. I think we are getting really good on both sides of the ball. I knew we were good but it’s starting to show on the field big time. We got to be ready for Wilson then SF looming big

Our starting QB was still not suited-up against Wilson. Last I heard he's a week-to-week decision.
