Got a ruling evidently that week a memo was sent to league officials .cant use that .
Whike it isnt cheeting or anything .th hsl is worried about thr next electronic device ect more research into tge exact device is needed.
They were of the opinion that if it wasn't called at the beginning of the game it should have been left alone until half time and the crew should have not done so in the middle of the game in order for tbe team to have time to adjust .due to a grace period for adjustments .
