HILTON HEAD AT BEAUFORT POLL 10/1/21

Hilton Head is coming into this game with a Record of 1-3. The Seahawks are Avg. 16 Points a game and Giving up 24 Points a game. Hilton Head is coming off a 28-24 Loss to Wade Hampton. The Seahawks have a Record of 0-2 in Away Games so far this season.

Beaufort is coming into this game with a Record of 4-1. The Eagles are Avg. 28 Points a game and Giving up 14 Points a game. Beaufort lost 31-17 to Oceanside in their last game 2 weeks ago. The Eagles have a Record of 3-0 in Home Games so far this season.

Beaufort has beaten Hilton Head 13 out of the last 14 Games between the 2 teams. They did not get to play against one another last season because of Covid Issues with Hilton Head. This game is the start of Region 7 4A Play. So it is a very important game. All of Beaufort's remaining games are Region Games. So The Eagles will have to really play hard in these games and cut out the Turnovers.

This is Beaufort's Homecoming Game. The Eagles have won 90% of their Homecoming Games in My Lifetime of going to Beaufort Games. . Beaufort usually plays pretty good at Home and especially on their Homecoming.

I am really looking forward to this game against Hilton Head. The Seahawks are one of Beaufort's Biggest Rivals. Plus I am anxious to see Jaylen Sneed from Hilton Head play. Sneed is an LB and has already committed to Notre Dame. He is a great athlete and has also been playing QB for the Seahawks. I am hoping that Beaufort's Defense will keep Sneed in check.

I am so excited about this game!!!! Is it Friday yet???? Does anyone have any info on Hilton Head or want to express their thoughts on this game?

I am ready for My Eagles to get back in the Win Column. That loss 2 weeks ago had me pretty down. But I have put that Loss behind me and hopefully the Coaches/Players have also. I still think this Beaufort Team is really good and will make some noise in the 4A Playoffs.

With that being said, I hope that Beaufort cuts out the costly Turnovers this week. I also hope that Beaufort's Receivers catch the ball better this week and Beaufort's Defense can play as they did in the 2nd half against Oceanside and stop the Opposing Team's running game. The Eagle's "D" needs to have someone key on the Opposing Teams QB every game. In the 1st Half of the game 2 weeks ago, Beaufort's Defense did not have anyone keying on the QB and he was able to run the ball pretty well. So I hope that Beaufort's Defense will key on Hilton Head's QB and keep him from running the Football.

I thought Beaufort could have also run the ball a little more in their last game. Eagles RB Amariee Morris is really good but I think Beaufort should use another RB to Compliment Morris in the backfield. This is a BIG REGION GAME. I really hope that Beaufort plays their best in this game. I will give My Prediction sometime Tomorrow Night.

I sure hope not Slick. I think Beaufort will win this game pretty easily. We shall see.

This Big Region 7 4A Game is tonight. I am so excited about it. This is also Beaufort's Homecoming Game. Hopefully The Eagles will come out of this game with a Big Win.

In order for Beaufort to win this game..... Like I have said earlier, they will need to cut out the costly Turnovers. Beaufort had 6 turnovers in their last game against Oceanside 2 weeks ago. Eagles QB Tyler Haley will have to have a great game without throwing any Interceptions. Those Interceptions cost us the game against Oceanside. I look for Haley to have a monster game this week. Beaufort RB Amariee Morris will hopefully have a good game running the football this week and the Eagles OL has to have a great night blocking. I hope and pray that Beaufort's Receivers hold on to the football this week. Like I said in a previous post, I would love for Beaufort to add at least 1 more RB in the picture to help run the football.

Beaufort's Defense will have to have a better game this week. The Eagle's "D" will hopefully have someone key on Hilton Head's QB at all times and not give him time to run or pass the ball. Beaufort has one of the best Defensive Lines in the State and they can do a lot better than they did in the 1st half in their last game, on stopping the opposing team's run game. I am not sure who Hilton Head will start at QB. Their starting QB got hurt a few games ago and their AllStar LB Jaylen Sneed was the starting QB for them last week. Beaufort's Defense will have to put some pressure on Sneed this week.

Ok, as for My Prediction on this game.... I think Beaufort is mad about taking their 1st loss of the season and will be really fired up for this game. I look for The Eagles to play lights out. If they can cut out the turnovers this week then I think they will win Big. If not then I think Hilton Head will play us close.
