FLORENCE, S.C. – South Florence has a knack for knocking a ball carrier back or taking the ball away. In eight games, the Bruins’ defense has made 16 sacks, eight interceptions and five fumble recoveries.

The Bruins’ defensive coordinator is Cannon Jordan, son of former long-time Conway coach Chuck Jordan.

“He grew up around football,” Marlowe said. “I think there’s a lot to be said for a guy who has literally been on the practice field his whole life and is the son of a coaching legend in this state. He has the pedigree. Cannon spent time coaching at Conway and Wando, and also coached at Newberry College and The Citadel

It isnt myrtle beaches reciever Clemson commit .its thier qbs ability to stay alive when pressured .kids very good great feet .
You have to seal him in. They have a sound line.
But if you can play gorrilla ball it wears on them eventually.
Not sure of south flio size and line.

We’ve got much better since Fort Dorchester game. It’s all starting to come together. This Myrtle Beach team has a chance to be even better and better. Stars are being born all over the field on offense and defense. Nobody has been able to stop Adam Randall and other players are stepping up big time now. If you double team or tripple team him you get beat by someone else now.

The defense is solid flying around on every play strong against the run. If we go into SF with focus and determination I think we win the region championship. Anything can happen so I’m still cautiously optimistic but confident.

Full capacity, but we were pretty packed on the home side last week.
Tickets are $6 each online, plus a processing fee of $2.73. They are $7 each at the gate but we could sell out on this one.
