I will take Hillcrest. Ridge View is talented. Still good. But think they have lost something with the absence of Perry Parks.

Hillcrest ‘should’ win. But Ridge View is more than capable of winning this game. It will be a good one.
Two years ago a Ridge View team, with almost an identical record, had a run to the upper state final, beating an undefeated Daniel team in the process. A couple of players, including their QB, are still playing on this team. Perry Parks is gone, but Derek Howard is a good coach. Did some good things at Wilson. Ridge View is full of athletes.

Hillcrest and DF have 3 common opponents, so I am basing my thoughts more on that than either team's complete season...they lost to Greenwood and Spartanburg but defeated Wren...however they were tied with Wren going into the 4th quarter. Wins over Mauldin and Hanna, but the rest of their wins were over scrubs. Wren is not a good football team... Gut is leaning toward Ridge View.
