Possibly the worst beat down I’ve ever seen in high school football ever. Absolutely nothing to report stat wise. No first downs 18 total yards of offense and that’s being generous if you leave out the sacks and negative plays.
So bad that I feel sorry for the coaches players and fans of that team. Even the 2s 3s and JV players got in on the celebration the entire 2nd half.
There’s nothing to brag about here. I personally thought the game was borderline outright dangerous at times for the visitor. It’s really seems unfair for teams like this to experience playoff football in this way.

I’m happy for us but just can’t understand how that team got in the playoffs. Next week powerhouse Beaufort comes to town looking for revenge hope we have a large crowd there cheering on our team.

Beaufort feels very fortunate to have the honor of playing the Seahawks. We played a very good North Augusta team last night and managed to find a way to win. No promises about what will transpire, but we are all down to 8 teams per classification. No more e-z outs. I loook for a great game, great atmosphere, and a fun night out.

In order for Beaufort to get where we want to wind up, we have known that at some point, we would have to face your Seahawks. And I know that deep down inside you, where the demons live, you have known the same thing about us. No disrespect to any other team in the Lower State, but we all pretty much knew this was coming. How it will play out, I do not know. I do know that Beaufort will be ready to play come Friday night.

The seniors on this team have shown over the last 2 weeks that they aren't ready to be done just yet. Cinch your seatbelt up tight cause this one is going to be wild. We look forward to a huge game with major implications. Lots of time to allow those emotions to marinate. You won't be getting any bulliten board material from us. Let's all just enjoy the atmosphere and hope to see a game worthy of all of the season long buildup.

Hartsville and West Florence are laying in the weeds hoping to fly under the radar and be able to sneak up on the winner of our game. Let's not forget to include them in any talk about the bigger picture because they have surely earned their right to be part of that discussion as well.

Hey Itsmeoclock21, I did feel bad for Aiken when I saw that Score. But with that being said, your Hawks will get a better game next week against My Eagles. Beaufort is Loaded on Offense and Defense. I think it will be a pretty good game. My Eagles are really peaking at the right time and they have looked very good in these playoffs.

Great post. The SCHSL Playoffs should be reduced to 16 per Classification and an 11th game added to the regular season for everyone. We all know and understand that the money from the gate for those extra 8 games per Classification, that goes to the SCHSL is why they do not make that move.

In this case, Aiken was a very poor team for most of the season, played well in a few Region games, and wound up slotted into the Playoff bracket vs. another cupcake. That pillow fight was sure to produce a winner incapable of competing with the better power teams in the bracket.

In a 16 team bracket, neither of those teams should have been included, and if so, at least it would have been a first round game.
