going through my junk drawer and found this book sent to me

COACH POPE LOST HIS LEGS TO CLOTS AND COULD HAVE QUIT, BUT HE RAN HAUGH GAP CAMPS, ALL OVER, HE USED TO CALL ME TO TALK ABOUT MANY THINGS AND WHEN A BOOK WAS WRITTEN ABOUT HIS STORY, HE SENT ME A SIGNED COPY. HE IS JUST ONE OF MANY THAT MAKE MY TRAVELS IN HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL LAST SO LONG, SADLY HIS HELP GOT BAD AND HE WAS AN ASST AT WINGATE AND DIED IN 2014 AT 62, MISS YOU COACH AND OUR TALKS.

I remember Coach Pope inviting me to help with one of his camps when I was still in college. I was honored to be asked even though I couldn't make it.

I HAVE MANY THAT CAME INTO MY LIFE AFTER HEARING MY TRAVELS.
