BEAUFORT IS GOING TO THE SHIP!!!!

My Beaufort Eagles Football Team dominated West Florence last night 42-10 in the 4A Lower State Championship Game. I am so proud of them!!!! We are going to the SHIP next week Baby!!!!! Beaufort will play against South Pointe next Thursday Night at Benedict College. Kickoff will be at 7:00. I can't wait!!!!
What a great night for football last night!!!! The game was a sell-out and The Eagles Nest was Rocking!!!! I was so happy to see that. There wasn't a seat left on the Home Side, People were standing a long the fence line around the Stadium, and even West Florence brought a good sized crowd. It was awesome having the 4A Lower State Title Game at The Eagles Nest. I think The Eagles Nest is one of the most Beautiful Stadiums in South Carolina to watch a Football Game. It was so loud there and it made me so proud to be a Beaufort Eagle!!!!
Beaufort's Offense looked great in this game led by QB Tyler Haley and RB Amariee Morris. Morris had 4 rushing TD'S on the Night. Beaufort's Offensive Line did a wonderful job blocking on the night.
What can I say about Beaufort's Defense!!!! Great job again Guys!!!! The Eagles "D" kept The Knight run game in check for most of the night. Beaufort's Defense has done a great job for most of the Season. Let's keep it up for 1 more game!!!!
Congrats to West Florence on their great season! I hope that everyone had a safe trip back home. Y'all should be proud of your team for making it this far. I hope to see some of Y'all at the Championship Game next week helping support My Eagles.
Hey Y'all My Beaufort Eagles are going to the SHIP!!!!! Can you tell that I am EXCITED???? LOL. This 4A Championship Game is going to be so much fun. South Pointe is coached by Former Beaufort Head Coach Devonte Holloman. Holloman was Beaufort's Head Coach for 1 season and an assistant at Beaufort for 3 years. Coach Holloman hired current Beaufort Head Coach Bryce Lybrand as his Offensive Coordinator when he was Beaufort's Head Coach. So this is going to be a Huge Game!!!!I look for a HUGE CROWD at this game!!!!

Congratulations on the accomplishments! I watched y’all play for the 1st time Friday and couldn’t figure out why y’all didn’t win that region. Nevertheless, hope y’all can take south pointe to the wood shed.

Congratulations on the accomplishments! I watched y’all play for the 1st time Friday and couldn’t figure out why y’all didn’t win that region. Nevertheless, hope y’all can take south pointe to the wood shed.
We suffered through the middle of the seaon with some key players being injured, and played 2 quality opponents. We also had some bad breaks with penalties. Some nights, the ball just bounces in the other team's direction. Both Oceanside and May River needed little help to beat us, and took advantage of some key mistakes by us.
But, sometimes a good loss is better than a bad win. The coach's managed to regain the full attention of the team after the May River game. They managed to score late to beat us. We were teid with Oceanside with 4 minutes left and the lights went out. It took 45 minutes to get back ready to play, and there was no warm ups allowed. We had the ball and our QB threw 2 pick 6's after that. not trying to make excuses, just that even on off nights, we were very close to winning. This team is being willed to win by our senior leadership, and they will be the ones who will ultimately decide the outcome on Thursday night. Go Eagles. Just 1 More.
