Apparently a guy who has made 3 stops(or 4) in the last year is the man for the job.
Stability must not be important to them.

he's primarily a wrestling coach and a pretty good one
in his 1 year at NW they beat RH and won the state. He had 3 or 4 previous state champions transfer in at NW from area schools
It could be good at Lewisville. The knock on him is he changes jobs annually, or has over the last 4 years

Did beat Rh, but did not win state, think he won a couple at IL though
