This is so sad to hear. I remember Coach Spurlock from the old days of his coaching at St. Andrews. He will be missed. Prayers sent to his Family. God Bless.

Them Rocks were always hard to beat. And that stadium there was straight out of the Flintstones. LOL.

Yes, they were a very tough team. I loved that Old Stadium! I have a lot of memories of Beaufort playing there. I still find it hard to believe that West Ashley isn't a powerhouse in Football after Middleton and St. Andrews merged to form that School. Both programs had some very good football teams.
