Bluffton 42 Beach (Savannah) 13

Well, my 14 th season on the Bluffton chain gang started out with a unexpected surprise!
New HC for Bluffton Hayden Gregory pulled a Ken Cribb move on the first play of his new career here at Bluffton.
Double pass for a 70 yard TD !!!! Woohoo!!!
2 pt conversation made it 8-0 with 13 seconds gone in game.
Beach responded 2 series later , 8-7 , but that was as close as it got.
Beach is a AAA school and had some fast playmakers and a decent defense but Bluffton was just that much better.
Wish Beaufort was still in 4-A!!
At least we still get to play them 9/23 at their mosquitoe farm !!
Next up for Bluffton is a road game against AAAAA Jenkins high out of Savannah as well.
