Congrats to the Sumter Gamecocks

1st play of the night was a 75 yard half back pass by Sumter for a TD. As it turned out that is all the points Sumter would need as Summerville would never score in the game. #22 for Sumter was everywhere tonight and certainly the MVP of the game. On to the next game for The Wave against the Gators to see if we can turn things around.

Congrats to Summerville. We both got better today. We might be able to score if our life depended on it…but that would be it. It’s been that way all year. I thought if we could keep it to a low scoring affair we would have a chance. Both teams played great defense. We were lucky enough to make two big plays on offense.

Summerville will get back on track next week… but in my opinion Goose Creek is better than their record indicates.

Sumters speed just killed us. Good luck the rest of the way and maybe we get the rematch down the road. I forgot to mention the final score was 16-0 Sumter.
