Good for them. If they are following their beliefs, that's great. I am glad to see Sean getting about easier now. You and your family are an amazing support group. I commend all of you for dedicating your time and efforts to make a better life for your son. I think that what you have done, and are doing, is a prime example of how good people are not limited by what they choose to believe. Good people are just good people. I admire every last one of you. Keep up the amazing work.

I too am a believer, and I have been for the most part of my life. I do not think it matters to God when or under what circumstances we become a believer, just that we believe. I too commend them for following through on their beliefs. There are many "denominations" and many different teachings and some are very complicated and some are very simple. No one can say with 100% certainty that they have the one and only true way to God; so no one should question another's beliefs.

For many years I wanted nothing to do with a church. I was willing to go to hell if that’s what it took. I told my grandmother I would not let my father go to hell by himself I would go with him if I had to. I felt judged by Christian people. I felt judged walking up to a church before ever going inside. I didn’t like it. I didn’t like that feeling at all so I did my own thing. I lived my life for me and me only. Then one day I asked Jesus to forgive me. I wasn’t in any church or anything. I just got down on my knees and said to God please forgive me. Lord my whole life I’ve sinned against you. My whole life has been a sin. Every bit of it. I asked Jesus to save me and he did. Things since then have happened but it wasn’t as bad as it could have been because now I know I have Jesus to help me get through. He will be with me when I breath my last breath. If I had a chance to go back and live a lifetime and be the man I once was or just one day the man I am now…. I’d choose just one day of being the man I am now with Jesus in my heart. I’ve always had a father to love me the whole time. I just didn’t know it before.
