Daniel vs Crescent

After locking up the region title we head down 81 to Starr-Iva for our first ever game against Crescent.

The Tigers are sitting at 4-5 overall and 2-2 in region. They have wins over Dixie and Fountain Inn in non region and back to back wins over Pendleton and West-Oak. They have been close to winning all of their region games to this point, but that won’t happen in this one.

Crescent has some decent players but they need a miracle to take down my Lions. This senior class can finish their regular season careers undefeated at 34-0.

Another Region victim...another whuppin'. Crescent is about like Pendleton this season...I'll go with that final as my prediction 51-13. Lions. Depends on how bad boredom sets in and how much they plan to "rest"...that made me chuckle...the starters. Beat down nonetheless.

We knew region play would be pretty boring, but you always have to enjoy the wins. Round 3 against Powdersville (aka South Easley/East Wren) is our next competitive game.

It looks like it'll be Southside then either the loser of the Chapman-Broome game or Woodruff. I hope it'll be Woodruff so we can put the final nail on the coffin of the irrelevant win thread.

Stretch I was thinking the same thing but didn’t want to say it out loud. Hopefully not the ultimate karma backfire.

Daniel should win this game pretty easily I think. I don't think it will be close at all.

GO BEAUFORT EAGLES!!!!

I will take sole ownership of our teams demise if we are added to the irrelevant wins for Woodruff. Doubt it will happen though.

Crescent most likely has to face Powdersville right after us. Not a fun way to end the season. Hopefully we stay healthy in this one.

Good luck to the Eagles this week!

Name your score in this one, Daniel, it will be as bad as you want it to be. Running clock second half.

42-0 Win. Congrats to the seniors for never losing a regular season game all 4 years. We were up 35-0 at the half and we had backups in the whole second half. We are headed to the postseason so now from here on next week has to be earned.
