Like Laprad said last night, a few years ago they were favored by 40 and won by 7. Tonight they are not favored by 40....just glad it is finally Friday.

The Mighty Wave at their most hated rival - Fort D with the winner walking away with the Region VII championship, a #1 playoff seed and home field up to the lower state championship. The loser of this game will get 2 home playoff games with the first against Conway and then a 2nd round match up against the loser of Dutch Fork and Lexington. Either of these teams will be a very tough test for whoever advances to the 2nd round. Needless to say, there is alot on the line tomorrow night at Fort D. I know Fort D is back to full strength and Summerville is hitting on all cylinders. I expect a very competitive game with the winner not decided until late in the game. My pick of course is a Summerville win![]()
