he has been off chemo for 13 months, radiation was 30 treatments at the beginning, so we have come a long way, doctors are amazed at the reductions.

That is great news. The reduced dimensions are impressive.
I just did a few calculations:
A sphere with a diameter of 5 cm has a volume of 65.4 cubic cm,
one with a diameter of 2 cm has a volume of 4.2 cubic cm.
