Georgetown does make sense if it is a done deal. But lots of openings around and seems as if he had been trying to get out of Woodruff since about his 2nd year there. Always rumors he was applying for different jobs. He seems to be a good guy. Hope he is happy either way

I imagine he’s got a job lined up since he’s resigned.

Good. Mediocrity breeds mediocrity.

Probably a good move for Adams. Program was stuck. Always decent, but never good enough to threaten seriously at the 3A level. And the misguided view of some in Woodruff that they were just a magical coach away from returning to the Varner glory days, starts to bring pressure after a while.

Got it from a reliable source this in fact is true. He is waiting for the school board at Georgetown to approve him.
