Thoughts? Personally glad to see some more home games on the schedule this year

Still no Irmo...another good schedule though. Colquitt, Spartanburg, Wedddington, Hough...

Fear The Fox...

After the result of the beat down they out on Spartanburg in the playoff this past year, I am not sure that I might list them as a possibility for a good game. Spartanburg always has talent, but they lost a lot off of last years team including their heralded QB. I know DF lost key players also, most notably Jarvis Green, but they seem to lose big time difference makers and Knotts just simply reloads. I don’t see that changing

Yeah....wouldn't even remotely express satisfaction about landing a game with Spartanburg.

DF has a lot returning. OL and DL are both deep and have experience. DF has 3 very capable QBs coming back in Hunt, Offing and Smith. Outstanding WRs returning- Hamilton is special, as well as good TEs and two excellent RBs in Lodge and Anderson that can split time and provide a capable replacement for Green, though it's rare to find a talent like Green. Strong DBs returning, but will need to replace the LBs. Have a couple backups returning that should play well, and with the depth at DE, I suspect they move one or more to OLB. DF should be fine. I think all DF fans were looking to last season as something special when Green, Danley, Perry along with Devin Hyatt were Freshmen. Hyatt went to IMG and then there were some injuries early on, but after the bye week and everyone got healthy again, the team lived up to expectations, averaging 53 points a game and giving up only 9 points over those last nine games- all nine were playoff teams, which now doesn't mean much but you would be hard pressed to find a tougher 4 game stretch than Dorman, Spartanburg, Gaffney and Fort Dorchester. I don't see a whole lot of drop off with this coming season, unless there is another rash of injuries. Should be fun to watch, and this season they have 7 home games as opposed to just 3 last season. 5A best pack a lunch...the Foxes are looking to make another title run.
