That ankle deep grass slows down the fastest of teams. I have seen players turn their ankle by stepping on the yard lines wrong.

Even if you start a petition, and Berkeley county considers the project, we would be near the bottom to get such an upgrade.
Don’t worry Penguin. We would find a way to engineer it so the recycled rubber would be installed ankle deep.
