To make the maps work out I had to move #36 Riverside and #37 Westside down to 4A which bumped #41 Socastee and #42 Conway up to 5A. There is only a 23 student difference between these 4 schools, so they are definitely in the "50 student" bubble defined by the HSL.

why does Gaffney get stuck with the Rock Hill area schools? I would make them all a region cause they should have enough especially if they pull up South Pointe

Odd sized regions are a scheduling nightmare and there is some history of Gaffney playing in 3.

York is the next largest Rock Hill area school, #45 with 1572. They are just outside of the "50 student" bubble to be considered to play up a class. South Pointe is pretty far down the list, #66 with 1293 students.
