Sumter 21 Dutch Fork 47
You can't turn the ball over 7 times and expect to beat anyone. 5 fumbles...lost them all...one was ran back. Two interceptions....one was ran back. Didn't get away from a punt...hits a Sumter player, DF recovers and punches it in. Most of the turnovers were in our own territory. Besides that I thought we played ok. We out gained them in yards 418 - 411. We practically ran the football at will. If it wasn't for the turnovers, this would have been a close game. Just like the York game, we are going to wish we had this one back. Since the yardage was pretty close, it came down to who made more mistakes, and that was us.

#1 Zay Burson for Sumter left the field in an ambulance in the first quarter for what was a possible concussion and/or c-spine injury. Reports are that he is moving all extremities and should be ok.
