I predict Summerville beats Bluffton and Colleton. That's two wins in region and 3rd place which will get them in the playoffs. Ashley Ridge finished 4-7 in 2012 and 2013. Was a 16 seed in 2012 played at Gaffney and I think a 14 or 15 seed in 2013 and played at Summerville. If Summerville beats Stratford and wins two region games they will be in the playoffs.
I see Mauldin making it as a lower seed, as well as West Ashley making the playoffs. Looking right now Wando will need to win 3 or 4 more games to make it.
If Summerville loses to Stratford and Ft. D I think the wheels may come off and an uprising happens. But I think Summerville wins 2 region games and makes the playoffs as a 12 to 16 seed due to points. Mauldin will probably be a 15-16 seed.

Hope you are right Swampfox1. After the West Ashley fiasco last Friday, it will be interesting to see what type of moral we have at Stratford this week. What hurts is 4 of the last 5 games are all on the road. Our only home game remaining is against your undefeated Ashley Ridge squad.

GBG, Wasn't it in 2012 when Summerville had a similar record and went on to win the next 5 or 6 games and finish with an 8 or 9 win season. I don't ever count out Summerville...All I have to do is look back to last years game against us. Up 13 at half and lose by 30.
Honestly, to many expected things to be different right away this year and it is going to take time. Everyone knew this region was up for grab and knew Ft. D had the most experience coming back. If you would have told me at this point Ashley Ridge would have been 6-0 I would have said no way. There is still a lot of games left to predict anything. Ashley Ridge has entered unchartered waters as well, for them to be considered an elite school they need to continue the wins.

Let's just say there are other factors having an impact that can not be discussed. I will be there every Friday night supporting our team but will be surprised if this is one of those years where we rattle off 4 or 5 wins in a row.

Everyone knows there are no morals in Summerville, and probably no morale either....

CBG, Oh I have heard the rumblings...From the current QB will leave if things don't change to how his other sibling may not be there because of how things are to how certain coaches have made statements to players and have run them off. I also hear that there is a lot of back and forth currently with coaches on staff. I hear how the WR isn't happy and should have went elsewhere to play seeing how things have gone. I am sure you have heard more than I have but I have heard a lot of the fussing. I hope Summerville wins this week and the next. Only one game I hope from here on out that you don't win and you can guess which one that is....lol

I have no idea what you are talking about Swampfox1 ;). And R74, we have morals in Summerville. They may be low but they are there :D. As for morale, it has to be taking a big hit with all the drama going on with the program. We are at a crossroads for the program right now....we are either going to start digging our way out of this hole we find ourselves in or start "playing for the future". This Friday versus Stratford will tell the tale....

I will be looking at things that could move Northwestern to the D2 bracket.

Spring Valley and White Knoll winning last night and Summerville's chances to make the playoffs.
These things could affect where Northwestern lands. D1 or D2? :?:

Northwestern got good news when Gaffney and Woodside(VA) both won last night.
Now Gaffney and Woodside(VA) are at 6 wins. An extra half point for both.

Will update as soon as I know more.......

Rebel Fan told me that he thought Northwestern could land in the D2 bracket, he was right.

I'll let you know the match-ups to keep an eye on as far as Northwestern going D1 or D2 is concerned.
Got a busy day ahead...
Later.....
