in 1972 EASLEY had the great STANLY MORGAN plus some other
good ones.i watched them beat GREENWOOD 21-13 in the playoffs.
I went down to SPRING VALLEY high school and watched them
win the state championship 7-6 against LOWER RICHLAND coached
by I think one of the best high school coaches ever in S.C. MOONEY PLAYER.
that was a heck of a defensive ball game.EASLEY was leading 7-0
in the 4th LR scored and went for 2 .when they played at GREENWOOD that
year in the playoffs.both sides were packed they had portable stands in
both end zones that were packed and anywhere people could find a place
to stand. good old days. :D
