Congrats Ashley Ridge...

Post by Newcatntown »

Gotta give props to them for staying focused for 4 qtrs....I really like their coaching staff as they stay very calm but ready for anything... ( esp.with the crew that was calling the game  ) Very hard to watch the last qtr. though as Bluffton just lost it....and I mean lost it!! Bad punt coverage...td AR....int. at the 2...pic 6....then fumble in the last minute to give them a dagger TD.....
Oh well...if we can win 2 of the last 3...maybe we can sneak in a toad trip game for first round!!

Thanks, had to give you a hard time on the other post about offense and defense being better. I will agree that was a bad crew calling the game. AR looked like a team that drove 2 hrs and decided to play in the second half or 4th qtr. I was surprised at some of the mistakes AR was making on offense to start (dropped passes, dropped wide open pass on a WR that was uncovered, forced passes, run blocking looked bad etc.) I asked someone today and they said the QB still passed for 350 plus yards and still completed 70 of his passes with 4 TD after a rough start they also said that was the first time he had thrown an INT in 7 games or something like that. I thought AR run game could have been better and the Defense started to play in the second half. Hopefully you can get a few more wins and get into the playoffs.

Your qb is good...but being next to him was a bit of a surprise! !! I won't elaborate...wish we had our star RB for this one...oh well...it happens! Good luck to AR they rest of the season. :D
