I have been just as critical as anyone else in regards to the staff this season, but I am just trying to look at the glass half full. We have had injury after injury, it took us about 6 weeks too long to get rid of a OC that should have never been in that position in the first place, and yet we still have a chance to sneak in the playoffs. I'm telling you now, that if we go into the playoffs healthy, there is n o telling what we may be able to do! Wasn't it 2 years ago Sumter limped into the playoffs and ended up going to state? Unfortunately they marched thru John Mckissick Stadium to do it, but the point is it has been done.

Assuming Summerville doesnt get in, who would then hold the record for longest playoff streak?

The streak would've been longer if it wasn't region champions making the playoffs prior to 1969. There were several years it came down to the last game vs Berkeley who got in. Several years Summerville's only loss was to Berkeley. So a 1 loss team not getting in playoffs. Now a days we would have the legislation involved.
