4A Projections after Week 11

Post by EHSMeanGreen »

*This is not the actual bracket, there are games left to be played*
I will have to check ALL the 3A and 2A playoff matchups...They have not been entered yet.
They could affect some seeds.

The two 4A games next week:
Blythewood vs. Spring Valley (I picked Blythewood to win in this bracket, I will post another with Spring Valley winning)
Both Blythewood and Spring Valley appear to be locked into the playoffs, just playing for seeding next week
A Richland Northeast win in the 3A playoffs can also give Spring Valley another point to improve Spring Valley's seed.

Colleton County vs. South Aiken
(I picked Colleton County to win in this bracket, CC still misses the playoffs unless...
Colleton County 3A opponent Beaufort plays Midland Valley in the 3A playoffs)
If Beaufort wins it will be close on opponent wins for the last playoff spot...
Have to Double Check...Really close

Here is the preliminary bracket, I will update (Also, I need to let SF Band dad fact check this)...

there will be an update....stay tuned

So basically CC is out unless Beaufort wins first round Playoff game?

Just some Notes:
There are a handful of 3A teams that are 5-5. 6 wins give their 4A opponents 1 more point.
This can move some seeds.

Right now it appears that Northwestern will be in the D2 bracket.

Preliminary
West Ashley D1
Fort Mill D2

Spring Valley can finish 2nd place in Region with a win.
Colleton County might not make it even with the help of Beaufort (Crunching numbers still checking....)

Next weeks games still matter....

The geeks are still crunching the numbers... :geek:

I've never heard of a playoff game affecting the brackets. That's kinda cool.

We are still checking some things.....
Richland Northeast winning could potentially help the Seeds for Spring Valley and Westwood.

Reason i'm asking is it appears Carolina Forest will finish 4th place and not make the playoffs since they lost.

Since Darlington won tonight Carolina Forest has 33 playoff points and 61 opponent wins.... at this point we think that will earn Carolina Forest the last at-large berth.

....but we're still playing "what if" and crunching numbers.
