SPARTANBURG
North Carolina romped 54-39 against team South Carolina on Saturday at Wofford College in the 79th annual Shrine Bowl.
North Carolina QB and Oklahoma commit Austin Kendall won North Carolina’s Offensive MVP honors by throwing for 203 yards on 14 of 17 passing and three touchdowns as the Tarheels snapped a three-game losing streak to the Sandlappers.

so I noticed in the article there were three punt/kick blocks before I turned the game on... previously, rushes werent allowed because these players werent used to having kick games, protection etc... when did that change? You're using stars to try to block in punt schemes?? and NC apparently capitolized on this? Not making excuses but still... sounds like they benefitted from a rule change that was in place for years in the Shrine Game.
