Full disclosure: Since this forum started getting hit with Spammers back in May I have been checking the IP addresses of everyone that joins, logs in, or visits as a guest. I did this so I could identify servers (mostly outside the country) where those guys are connecting from. As a result of those efforts I know what Internet Provider, local server and often specific IP address everyone is connecting from.

For example, the new member "tonio" that joined on Tuesday, he joined from the Chinanet Jiangsu Province Network. I don't think there are many SCHS football fans in Jiangsu province China so I've banned that entire range of IP addresses. I just haven't gotten around to deleting that account yet.

With that said, I have not detected any duplicate IP addresses being used. I haven't gone back and checked them all again since I started this in May, someone may have switched to a new internet provider since then. But I'm not aware of any duplicates; none of our newer members are using an internet connection that I have captured previously.
