Northwestern To Name New Head Coach Thursday
Northwestern will name its new head coach on Thursday at 11:30a. The Press Conference will be held at the school. You can hear it LIVE on WRHI FM 100.1/AM 1340/WRHI.com

Footballfan4343 made a post on another topic that it would be a familiar face to northwestern. There is only one person it could be. It is not Richardson, he would be stupid to leave the highest level at Clemson to return right now. Dabo has that train rolling. Hellams is at Mallard Creek as the OC and they are loaded. Not to mention how he was treated and let go. Survey says.... Page Wofford the OC at Daniel.

Didn't Wofford coach at Northwestern? I think he left Hanahan to go there.

Everybody around NW knew it was a huge mistake the day they let Wofford walk out and all he wanted was to be named the OC. Coming back into the head spot is just karma!

AD black balled him and did not want him as OC. Plus he had a great opportunity to go to Daniel. He is a great person and if it is him, please give him a chance to build something. It will keep some of us from transferring!

Maybe after the announcement in a few minutes the more serious issues at Northwestern can be addressed. Clearly we didn’t get where we are over night. The naming of a new coach with incredible potential is a great step. All problems are not solved in a day, but the fan base, alumni, and families need to engage with this coach and give full support for several years to see where this thing goes. Obviously, we still have a crazy schedule and a team that isn’t as talented as the teams of lor (Those teams don’t come along every year for anyone).
