hi guys! new user here. just wanted to see if any of you have ever gotten a concussion before- from football or unrelated. when i was in middle school i played football and looking back on it think i got concussed a couple of times. wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and would love to chat about it. i am doing concussion research now and anyone's story is much appreciated.

In my playing days pretty sure I only ever had one mild concussion. I was an OL and was blindsided by a LB. Stumbled around was a little light headed but felt okay after the next play.

But in the parlance of the day, I just “got my bell ring a little”.

Same here. I had a few hits playing football that made me "shake out the cobwebs", but nothing that made me really ill or dizzy for more than a few seconds.

I was knocked out once, but not playing football. Tennis. Playing doubles and I charged the net to challenge a good opponent that had just been lobbed an easy, over-head smash. He hit the ball as hard as he could and it struck me right in the forehead. I'm told the ball flattened out on my forehead, I left my feet and landed flat on my back. I was only out for a few seconds but I don't remember hitting the ground. I got up, got a drink of water and the match continued.

Officially no .never was diagnosed.
Met a big rb head on b gap .I hooked his shoelaces by accident.
Got slap run over.i was aware of where I was in general .but didnt feel right.ran into a pine tree one time felt similar.
