Order of importance:
1. Underdog must win the game straight up.
2. Largest Point Spread.
3. Largest Power Rating of favorite.

Spartanburg will win this game. It is their first in their brand new on-campus stadium and Viking emotions will be riding high. Besides, I don’t think Hillcrest is really all that good. They opened 3-0 against a fairly pedestrian schedule and then got absolutely exposed and completely dismantled by Dorman in their own backyard. I say Vikings 23, Hillcrest 14.
