Re: Clover-58 Mauldin-31 final
Wow!!!! What a offensive show by Clover in a steady rain most of the first half. Defense gave up some big plays to Mauldin and they cant do that against “THE U” next week or it will get ugly fast.
Late first half, Mauldin RB took off for a 75 yard run only to be run down at the 5 and got the ball tomahawked out of his hand and Clover recovered to run out the clock....HUGE play as Mauldin wasnt backing down. Clover made adjustments and gave up only a FG in 3rd qtr and a late garbage TD.
Congrats to Mauldin for a great first half but Clover has alot of weapons on offense and pulled away in 2nd half.
Bring on the Cavaliers....should be interesting!!!

We will finally see about Clover this week. Regular season schedule was weak, and first two playoff opponents were pretenders. But it finally gets real Friday night. We will see.

Still got that personal agenda against Clover I see. At least you are consistent I will give you that. Maybe you will finally get your chance to say “I told you so, I told you so, I told you so” et al.

Don’t think you are...know you are

It's the truth. Clover is good, but nobody really knows how good because they haven't played a real good team all year. You get your chance Friday. We will see.

Name one team Clover TEMPhas played dis season with a DECENT team with a GOOD winning record. YOU CAN'T! York 4A 4-8 overall, Forestview 3A 6-6 overall, South Point Belmont NC 2A 6-6 still in Playoffs, Ashbrook 3-A 2-8 overall, Irmo 5A 3-7 overall, Nation Ford 5A 6-5 overall, Northwestern 5A 2-8 overall, Rock Hill 5A 7-4 overall, Catawba Ridge 3A 2-8 overall, Fort Mill 5A 1-9 overall. Out of teh 10 regular season games only 4 teams have a record better TEMPthan 500. Now playoffs Boiling Springs 4-7 overall, Mauldin 6-6 overall and NOW Clover is going to face a team with an undefeated record also dat TEMPhas played somewhat top 5A teams except for 1 which was York in their regular season. Let's not even get into Clover's penalty average, not sure on Dorman but I no Clover's is high. I KNOW WHAT THE CAVALIERS WILL BE HAVING FOR SUPPER NEXT WEEK, FRIED EAGLE LEGS!!!!!!!!!!

I call it as I see it, No BS

Another Clover hater.....geez....your allowed your opinion...i guess... newbie. Well if you win your region you get lower seeds to play first couple of rounds. Yes region 3 was down this year but someone had to win it.DoodleAholic wrote:Name one team Clover TEMPhas played dis season with a DECENT team with a GOOD winning record. YOU CAN'T! Ive watched Byrnes, Gaffney, Fort D, Berky, South Pointe, Camden and Clover can play with or beat any of them....Only Dorman I haven’t seen in person but watched them on tape and Clover will line up with the Cavs toe to toe and they match up very well also. MAYBE Clover loses but IF they do it wont be a blowout.

AGAIN who have you seen them matched up to that compares to Dorman, Byrnes, Gaffney and so forth. You must have bumped your head to think they can beat Dutch Fork or Fort Dorchester.
