Thought I'd try something new. See if we can capture one game in one thread and cut down on the number of topics people have to follow.

The Cavaliers’ very first varsity football game was a 25-0 loss to the Indians in 1964. Overall, the two school have met 66 times, with the Indians leading the overall series 38-27-1. Gaffney owns an 8-3 edge in playoff games. So there is quite a bit of history there.
As for this game, I don’t think I dare make a prediction. Gaffney is at their historical best in the playoffs and they are coming into this one red hot. The Cavs are also coming off an emotional come from behind victory just as Gaffney is. Dorman’s defense has been great most of the season and it dominated in the schools’ regular season meeting, a 34-10 Dorman win. The Cavs are battle tested and are undeniably one of the state’s best. But this is a different Indian team than the one Dorman faced in October. The Indians are also one of the state’s beat now. What will happen Friday is anybody’s guess. It should be an excellent football game.
I remember that one and the 2017 game as wellNuclearCav90 wrote:I remember that game.
