They had one of the most talented offensive lines in all of high school, not just 3A.

McMahon failed miserably.
NFZ, again...no disrespect, but how can you back that claim up? All of high school? Serious statement.
At some point, talent will offset poor coaching, at least to the point of a 5-5 season...

Yes, coaching makes that much of a difference. That's why we pay them handsomely. These kids don't coach and lead themselves.
Perhaps true. Equally true is the fact that the coaches don't punch it in for a touchdown themselves ..
But they are responsible for much more. Schemes that work, calling the right plays for the situation, getting participation, developing the kids, assembling the right assistants, getting support, motivation. The list is very long. If a coach isn't important why have them and pay them well? Especially at the next levels. It matters and it matters a lot. I don't understand when people down play the importance of the right leader.

But the coaches do call the vanilla play calls that other teams shutdown.

Anyone who thinks there isn't talent in Greenwood consistently needs to come out of their nice neighborhoods and venture around. Just be careful.

Come on down to Merlendale trailer park in Roebuck, SC. A mile from Dorman. Tell me how nice that neighborhood is. Seen people jumping in a green swimming pool in January for a line of coke. High class bro.

It's nicer than these I'm talking about. The point is. Greenwood doesn't lack talent. Anyone telling you that is full of it.

Perfect example TL Hanna. 2016 under Bruce Ollis they were a 4 or 5 loss team with complete dysfunction. That Herron guy from Georgia takes over the next two years. They only lose two games in two years and a trip to the 5A state. Herron leaves, and they are right back to a 4 or 5 loss team.

Come on down to the Eastside and Westside of Greenwood. You would think that trailer park in Roebuck, SC is high class.

4 of 5 OL starters will play D1 football. It’s loaded with talent but their scheme was a joke.

Harrison will likely play for an SEC program.

Deal’s other son will get a lot of looks

I'm very familiar with the area. As my business is residential property in the upstate. These neighborhoods here are much worse than that.
