It was never "not on". Northwestern and Dorman have always enjoyed their relationship. The issue is the same other schools are facing throughout the state. That is the uncertainty of appeals which could change the amount of region games they have. Assuming nothing changes in terms of regions, Northwestern and Dorman will play.

Always here. I only post when my comments provide truth on incorrect situations. My post was in regards to an incorrect statement that the Northwestern-Dorman game was "suddenly off". The poster also made reference that Northwestern dropped everyone on their schedule and said they must be playing a "Softa$$ schedule". When in fact none of that is true.
First off, 2019 marked the end of a 2 year cycle for teams, meaning pretty much all contracts were up. Teams then look for new opponents. A lot goes into this, especially if you share a stadium. Each team attempts to get a certain amount of home and away games, while also trying to get the biggest gate AND play opponents that will help them prepare for region.
The poster's comments inferred that Northwestern was "dropping" opponents to play a "soft@$$" schedule, and used Northwestern-Dorman as the example. I simply responded that Northwestern-Dorman was never off and any information that said different is incorrect.

I have been busy, but I do check in on the site from time to time during the off-season. Yes, maybe its the lawyer in me, but when false information is spread, I feel the need to squash it. Its amazing how the internet allows opinions and sometimes just plain falsities to suddenly become "verified" facts.
