It's not always about that. You gotta understand what they are doing man. These hires are more about good fits rather than pure accomplishments. What has Mark Hodge done" before he won those titles at Chapman? What has Greg Porter done before winning the title at Hillcrest? Or Frank Hill before winning the state title at Emerald back in 98? Dare I say how many state titles did Gene Cathcart win before he got the head job at Greenwood? Or Liner before he won the 2 region titles at Laurens? It's not always about what you've "done". Sometimes it's about what you CAN DO in the future.

Have you researched him? He's been a pretty good assistant coach and he went to Great Falls for one year as HC and got them to the playoffs that one year. They didn't fair well at all before that. Even more important though is he is from Greenwood and understands what that tradition is all about. He'll take it seriously. That matters.
