If you will plainly read in my response, I'm NOT a fan of how the SCHSL rules on certain things.
My point of contention isn't so much with the SCHSL but THE MEMBERS SCHOOLS, that agree to pass certain rules and when those rules go against them; they then sue the SCHSL to keep from getting punished. Therefore in turn why are member schools (and it's fan base) surprised with the SCHSL is tentative to make any ruling.
They sure as hades do a better job than if the failed attempt by the General Assembly to take over had happened.
