The ACC and SEC have not altered their plans to play a fall season despite decisions to postpone by the Big Ten and Pac-12 on Tuesday.

The chair of the ACC medical advisory group believes a fall season can be played safely, which is one of the biggest reasons the league remains on course to start the season in September.

Dr. Cameron Wolfe, a Duke infectious disease specialist, told Sports Business Daily that doctors have learned enough over the past six months to manage the risk.

Damefan, I am with you 100%. The problem with this, and everything else going on in the country right now, is that we have a complete imbecile making uninformed, unintelligent, and completely misguided, proclamations to those in this country who are too lazy to learn about things for themselves. It is much easier to follow an idiot than it is to educate yourself about pertinent topics.

Who knows where any of this is headed. I would love to be able to watch football. College, HS, and Pro. I am afraid that I won't be able to until next spring at the earliest because of the selfish actions of some of those idiots.

It depends on which medical experts you read or listen to.
If your listening to a politician you are already f,d.
There are the factions in the medical fields that have 3 different directions and thoughts.with a few wild hairs.

As for the imbecile i ahve little faith the cognitive abilitys of the challenger are any better.

Fort, I wouldn't trust a politician with mine or anybody else's life, why would I trust it with my child's or for that fact my grandchildren? I really would love to see football but I also don't want to see someone die either. To much pressure is being placed in my opinion in the wrong places and parents, boosters need to stay out of it.

Coaches I have talked with carrying the concern that kids won't tell them if they become exposed or are infected because they want to play. When two or more teams end up getting quarantined because of the stupidity of one or more students watch the anger kick in by communities.

What school district in the state can afford to let even one child die or develop a longterm ailment even if their parent let them play? I promise your parent's memories become very forgetful when their babies get hurt or wronged. Lawyers and Lawsuits will be the only thing that prevails in this situation!
