Thanks......I think. LOL. I am hobbling around a bit now. Tried riding the mower the other day....bad move. It is getting better though. Probably try to put off knee replacement until next year.....insurance companies.......jeez I hate them. I have fought since January 1st to get my insulin straight. Still fighting, 8 months into the year. Have a date with my endocrinologist tomorrow actually. When I give him my blood sugar numbers, he is going to go off. Has to have documented proof that what they want me to use will not work. Bean counters....arghh. I am going to try and make at least the home games. Going to see about bringing my scooter and not having to climb the bleachers.....

Got my knee replaced a year ago July. Best thing I ever did! I have been getting around playing golf and hopefully going to Disney World for Christmas with the family. I am only going to Epcot and playing golf but that is where I plan on being.

Quite a few people from your area came to Charleston for their replacement. Here in my opinion after careful research was the best guy I found to do my knee. Also, have it done over at East Cooper on Mt Pleasant. Incredible hospital and staff. After all the procedures I have had done through the years they are the best, yes better than MUSC too!!

Shane Woolf at MUSC did my last Scope on this knee. I have had it scoped twice before and the other one twice before as well. This last procedure, 3 years ago, is the only time that I didn't have to have them drained. I am going to make an appointment with the people that you suggest. I am not a glutton for punishment, but I know that something has to give. I really appreciate your input. Ralph Salzer did all of my scopes in Beaufort. Supposed to be a great sports medicine doctor. I have 30 years on his work. Uncle Arthur has just done a job on me. I had to have my sacrum stabilized a little over 15 years ago. That has been a major problem for my overall health. So limiting physically. But hey, I am closer to finished than to new, so I am not complaining.
