Thanks guys. I read that on my phone at the bowling alley tonight, (beer in-hand) I did indeed smile.

I did put in a lot of hours, but it hasn't really been hard work, I'm enjoying it. When I no longer enjoy it, I'll move on.

The only time it felt like work was when I was having to ban and delete dozens of spammers every night. Now that we have the Q&A registration working, it's really easy and fun.

I think the key to this is our motivation... we're not trying to make a profit, this isn't our job. This is fun, this is a distraction from our real lives, this is a hobby. We enjoy it, that's why it works.

True about it being fun. But I know from talkin to several PFT veterans. There is a danger of burning out on it. I caution everyone to take some time off from it periodically. It helps me keep my sanity.

I'm not saying that I'm done with PFT but it's annoying that just about every thread turns into a Byrnes or Gaffney thread. I hope this site really takes off, and we get a lot more statewide participation.

I log on to both sites but agree the advertisements on PFT along with the inability to post without getting an error is very frustrating. If we can get traffic up on SCPrepTalk, PFT for me would simply be a thing of the past. This online community is like family and right now the family is split, some here, some there, some both places.

We want all schools to have equal access and equal ability to post about their team. We have moderation, but we do the moderation in moderation....
