Where are the Spartanburg fans?

Historically, they have been all over the board proclaiming that the Vikings will soon dominate Spartanburg County. Now there isn't a peep. Thought the excitement would be a little higher with Hodge coming across town.

Spartanburg at best is the 5th or 6th best team in the Burg county! This is going to be a uphill climb for Hodge! He must build this program from ground up. A lot of changes within the city limits have greatly effected the football program.

I have little doubt that Hodge will eventually rebuild things. Think he is as good a coach as there is. But explain the changes in the city that may hamper his rebuild. I don't have a clue about any inner politics in Spartanburg.
