I know that the SCHSL has not published, or I am not aware of such publication, as to what will determine the 2 at-large teams from the Lower State. Will Upper State teams be considered?

If only Lower State teams are considered, both at-large teams "should" come from Region 6AAAA. Region 5 and Region 7 have no teams of playoff caliber beyond the top 2 seeds.

I love it when a plan comes together. Region 6AAAA has a lot of football yet to be played, and virtually every game has implications on the post season. Yee Haw!

What about a 5-1 Greenville Red Raiders team? Do you leave them out because they are in the Upper State? Make them take the long drive to Beautiful Beaufort By The Sea, or send them to The Beach, North or South? A full blown mess is brewing, that's for sure.

Totally agree with you Penquin, when it isn't in writing I guess anything goes and the imagination is allowed to run wild!!
