Thanks Slicker. I'm not looking to get that lean. Here's a picture from 1985 of me being promoted to PO 2nd Class on board USS Saratoga (CV-60). 225 lbs and just shy of 21 years of age. 100 lbs down, 75 more to reach 225.

Slicker,
Why'd you pull your picture down? Now no-one will understand what I'm replying too.
Lol. The Google-bot read the name of that song and loaded my page with ads for loafers and other shoes.

I worked in the ship's Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Dept (AIMD) repairing E-2C Hawkeye radar systems.

Thanks. That's what I'm hearing. I should reach my goal in March. I'm thinking I'll talk to the weight-loss doc about continuing on with his clinic for a few months after that to help me transition from "weight loss" to "lifestyle".CITYSLICKER wrote: ↑Thu Nov 05, 2020 9:50 pmSKINNY, I AM PROUD OF YOU, I WENT DOWN TWICE TO 150 BUT COULDN'T HOLD, GETTING THERE IS EASY, STAYING IS HELL
I had to do this, if I hadn't I'm pretty sure I wasn't going to live to enjoy any of the retirement I've been working and saving my whole life for.
