Re: LET'S ALL GET BEHIND THIS
Sean slept some late this morning, we went over and stayed with him, so his wife could go eat with her kids, so he seemed to have a OK day certainly not perfect and it is better than some for sure, he has to get his blood checked this next week and go back on chemo, so we will see how it goes. hope all you mamas had a great day and its funny, my mama always said if she was buried on a high school football stags game Friday I would not go, well it happened and went to her funeral and after they dropped her in the ground changed clothes and straight to the Berkeley/timberland game in 2010. it was the first time Timberland ever beat the stags, guess she had the last laugh. Hope to see all of you Saturday at the bar-b-Que for Sean.good night and keep the faith and love. peace, Slick.

Re: LET'S ALL GET BEHIND THIS
Sean had a emergency today, he was very dizzy and called ems today,we were worried of a stroke or heart problem, so he is down at trident hospital getting checked out and a cat-scan right now, hopefully he will be ok and we get to take him back home.later he was worried for sure when he asks to call ems. when i asked why not take to the new roper st Francis, I was told they don't have the heart thing there to do the needed tests by ems . so his wife is with him, we rushed down and of course cant get in, so we came back home and will go down when we find out more or they keep him over night, last report he was awake and talking. pray for Sean to get better.

Re: LET'S ALL GET BEHIND THIS
THE TESTS SAID HE WAS OK AND THEY SENT HIM HOME, FEARING DEATH IS PRETTY MUCH THE WAY MOST DO. MY WIFES BROTHER NEVER FEARED IT AND WELCOMED IT, NOT SURE I COULD EVER DO THAT. HIS MAMA TOOK HIM SOME MAMA COOKED FRENCH TOAST OVER JUST NOW, ALL WE CAN DO IS HOPE AND WISH, AND SOME PRAYERS TO KEEP HIM AS LONG AS WE CAN AND HE CAN MAKE IT. RIGHT NOW, ITS A DAILY BATTLE WITH NO RELIEF FOR ANY OF US. FROM JANUARY 2021 TO NOW SEEM LIKE A YEAR OF TEARS AND FEARS

Re: LET'S ALL GET BEHIND THIS
As I find myself here at the town water fountain again tonight at 9:55 in the cold and rain, it just calms my soul and heart for minutes in a day and night, its where I can see drops flow and just soothe my thoughts, just a stop of 5 minutes to just take a breath and hope for a Sean upswing maybe tomorrow. It was just yesterday, I was in the backyard working on some steps, not knowing that my son was in trouble thinking he needed help, as I heard the way off sounds of the big red beast, the sounds piercing the air, not knowing where it was going, I hear these sounds a lot but just wonder if someone has had a wreck or some old person is needing medical help. As the sound get closer and closer, my hearing is not so good and I can’t tell what direction it is coming. Finally, it was too close, so I run around to the side of the house and see the beast backing up to my baby’s house, I rush over and they are working on him and his mama is there too, she didn’t know I was in the backyard, and she thought I was still up town trying to buy a piece of wood that is scarce as gas is now. Sean was saying he was dizzy and didn’t want to die. I had never heard him say that, never had seen an ambulance at my sons home before, it was like a complete shock to me. As the big beast sitting there like a big alligator basking in the sun light, the back opened and the tools of life starting coming out, it was very shocking for my system. They decided they needed to go get him checked and my son was in agreement. They fight to get him out of his house and load him up in the big beast, as its doors closed and it starting howling the same loud sounds, the sounds seem to stop time its self, and flashing lights like a July 4 party, as we watch them leave with my beloved son in the back, the beast howling the sounds that hurt your ears, we are suddenly in complete silence, shock and then what do we do? His wife road with him, so we rush down and of course we can’t go in. so we head back home, till the tests are done and we know what to do, covid has even took your hospital visits with your loved ones away. On a happy note, he rested today and we didn’t repeat but the thoughts are always there, every time the phone rings, or texts come. That’s the life of a sick one’s family, please pray, hope, and give some love in donations to our son, we need to keep him going till we can find a way to beat this cancer consuming his mind. Sorry, sometimes I get carried away with my thoughts, didn’t want to hog the board or do pity parties, just from my heart parties. Love you all, peace slick

Re: LET'S ALL GET BEHIND THIS
I had made some vegetable soup yesterday and took over to Sean's house today and he had just laid back down to rest, so talked to him for a little while and left him resting. he seemed ok. his doctor has held off his start of chemo due to the hospital run, so he said he was a little cold today. hoping for a better day tomorrow. his mama was sickish today, so we hope she recovers, she is an important part of the equation to keep us all going and on path. don't need her sidelined for sure. the wheel would lose a spoke. so stay warm, and we will see for Friday brings, have a great night and love from here to all. thanks, Slick.
