BENEDICTINE GA AT BEAUFORT POLL 9/3/21

Benedictine is coming in to this game with a record of 0-1. The Cadets are coming off a tough 42-27 loss to Christopher Columbus High School out of Miami Florida. Christopher Columbus High School is a very good team. Benedictine is ranked #3 in 4A out of Georgia.

Beaufort is coming in to this game with a record of 2-0. The Eagles are coming off a Big 24-3 Win over Effingham County Ga. Beaufort is avg. 26 points a game and giving up 6 points a game.

Beaufort has never faced Benedictine before ever in Football. This game should be one of the best in the States of Georgia and South Carolina this week. I can't wait!!!! Benedictine's QB Holden Geriner has commited to play at Auburn. Beaufort has also got a great QB in Tyler Haley. Beaufort's Defense has not given up a TD so far this season.

Doodles has Beaufort favored by 5 points. Will he be right? Do you think Beaufort will win? Or will Benedictine win? Lets hear your thoughts and predictions on this game. I will give mine later on in the week. .

Without a doubt, this will be Beaufort's toughest game of the year. BC is a boys only catholic school that exists solely for athletic purposes. Well, there is also that "why you should keep quite about getting molested" thing, but that is another complete topic.

After watching some of the Cadet's game aginst Columbus (FL), I see them able to match up athlete against athlete in this game. With plenty of athletes to spare. Unless our defensive line can make it uncomfortable for their QB to throw, we are in for a bad night. I see this game going one of two ways, either we get blown out, or the game is a 1 score game with either team winning.

My greatest concern is that this Eagle team plays like they can turn it on and off at will. The first half of that Effingham County game was absolutely terrible. The 3rd quarter was amazing. The Richmond Hill game was the same way. With the Wildcats not being able to throw the ball, we should have beat them by 50 or more points. Some of our players appear to be giving far less that 100% on a lot of plays. Couple that with a couple of nagging injuries, and I can easily see this game getting out of hand early on. This game will be a "no plays off" game if we are to have a chance.

My prediction is that the better motivated team wins, so I say;

Hey Penguin, I do agree with you about this being Beaufort's toughest game of the season. I truly believe that if Beaufort beats Benedictine this week then the Eagles will finish the regular season undefeated. But I do hope that you are wrong about the outcome. . I am so so excited about this BIG GAME!!!! It should be a really great game to watch I think. I will give my thoughts and prediction tomorrow night.

Let's hear some more thoughts and predictions on this BIG GAME. I see where Benedictine has a slight lead in this poll. I would like to know some of Y'alls thoughts why you picked either team to win. Both teams are really good this season.

Slick it definitely may. But I sure hope not. Beaufort has been very lucky so far.

This BIG GAME between Benedictine ranked #3 in 4A Georgia and Beaufort ranked #7 in 4A in SC is Tomorrow Night. I can't wait!!!! I am so excited about this BIG GAME!!!!

In order for Beaufort to win this game the Eagles Defense will have to put pressure on The Cadets Auburn Commit QB Holden Geriner. Geriner has a very good arm and loves to sling the ball. Beaufort's DB'S will have to keep the Benedictine WR'S in check and make sure they don't get behind them to catch the ball. The Cadet's love to throw the ball but they do have a pretty good RB also. So Beaufort's DL will have to have a great game. I think Beaufort needs to put pressure on Geriner all night long.

Beaufort's Offense led by QB Tyler Haley will have to have a good mix of running and throwing the Football. The Eagles OL has been the weak point for Beaufort so far. So the Eagles OL will have to have a great night of blocking and keeping the Cadets from getting to Haley and Beaufort RB Amariee Morris. Morris needs to have a great night of running the ball to help Beaufort open up the passing game. I look for big nights catching the football from Beaufort's WR'S Zyrin Odom and Kacy Fields.

Both Beaufort and Benedictine are great football teams and are some of the best overall teams from their States. So look for this to be a really good game. From what I see....I think Beaufort has the best Defense and that should win the game for My Eagles.

As for My Prediction......I will say....

Wow. My Prediction was almost right on. I predicted that Beaufort would win 35-24 and they won 33-23. I had a great feeling that Beaufort would win this BIG GAME and I was right. I am so happy with this HUGE WIN!!!! .
