You might want to get serious about getting that looked at. I had my Gallbladder removed while I was still working full time. They made 3 little holes, one of them right above my belly button.

A couple of years later when I started having major heart issues, my doctors made me stop working. I nearly went crazy staying around the house, unable to get up and walk across the room. Long story short, I gained a tremedous amount of weight really fast. I noticed a little bump on my belly one day. By the next morning it was 4 inches long. It was 6 inches by the time I got to MUSC Emergency, and they put me in for emergency surgery right away. The incision repair made during the previous gallbladder surgery gave way, and I had a major blowout. Doctor told me that I would have died had I waited another day. I have a piece of mesh the size of a sheet of notebook paper holding my insides, inside.

It is about a 3 month recovery as well. Going from sitting to stranding is a way to invent new curse words. Get that thang looked at before you have a flat tire.

I was supposed to have my inguinal hernia fixed last July 2020
I had to see my Heart Doctor to get it approved.My heart
output was down below 50% .had to have another heart
stent because he found another blood clot.he told me last
month i can stop my plavix long enough to get the hernia fixed.
i told him i waited this long so i will wait until winter to do it.
i am going to have to have the mesh put in and the surgeon told
me i would not be able to do much for 6 weeks.i am 6 ft. 165 pounds
and have been since i was in high school.I was in excellent health until
i turned 69 5 years ago and then had a heart attack.have had several
health problems since then.I worked swing shifts for 45 years.
