Oceanside 31 Beaufort 17 Final

STINK, STANK, STUNK!!!! That is how My Eagles Football Team looked in this game against Oceanside. Beaufort turned the ball over 6 times. You can't win too many games like that. Congrats to Oceanside on the win over My Eagles.

Beaufort has a Bye next Friday Night. The Eagles need to work on cutting out the Turnovers, The Offensive Line needs to block better, The Eagles defense needs to do a better job on having someone contain the QB and stopping the Opponents run game, and the Eagles WR'S need to do a better job on catching the Football.

For some reason, the Beaufort players seemed in awe of playing in a Bigger College Stadium. The Eagles played their worst game in a very long time. Beaufort's QB made some bad decisions and reads on throwing the Football. So he will need to work on that next week. He is a very good QB bUt he had a rough game this week. I think he will bounce back stronger next time.

It still was cool playing at the Citadel's Stadium though even after a loss. The Oceanside Fans were really nice and I talked with a couple of their Coaches. I learned a lot about Oceanside's History. They do recruit and have players from each of the Local High Schools in the Charleston area. But I still wish them the best of luck this season even though I still am a big believer that Charter Schools should have their Own Classification.

Come on Beaufort Players and Coaches. Let's put this loss behind us. We still have everything in front of us. Region Champs and 4A State Champions are still out there to be had. I still truly believe that Beaufort can win a State Title this season in Football. The Eagles have a very good team. 1 loss doesn't determine a season. I still love My Eagles and always will!!!!

Beaufort will be fine I saw some awesome looking talent from that team. Hope they don’t hang their head on this one cause anybody can lose a game. It’s what they do next that’s most important.
Remember in 2018 Hartsville beat us so bad had over 600 yards of offense beat us 70-34. People said we had no defense and laughed us off the field. We got redemption and the 4AAAA Trophy

Thanks so much, Itsmeoclock21!!!! Awesome post. I do remember Y'alls game against Hartsville that year and your Seahawks came back and showed everyone up that doubted Y'all. I really hope that My Beaufort Eagles can do the same thing this year. Hopefully, they will learn from this loss and get better.

I just got done watching this game again online. Beaufort had plenty of chances to win this game, But the turnovers killed us. Hopefully my Eagles worked on that this past week. Next up is the Region Games and that is what determines the playoff seedings. So all these games are going to be really important.

I saw where Benedictine, who Beaufort beat earlier in the season, Won against the #2 ranked 5A team in Georgia this past weekend. Benedictine has now won 3 in a row since losing to Beaufort. I still think that Beaufort is one of the best teams in 4A football. Come on Beaufort let's 3 peat in Region 7 4A!!!!
