Things are beginning to take shape, but there is still a lot of football to be played and a lot of things can and probably will change before now and the time the brackets are final.

But, it gives you an idea of what could be happening.....

Really having a hard time believing Summerville loses to West Ashley.
They are improving .they looked very rough early on.but theyve settled on a offensive scheme that works for them.
Raffs a solid coach.

Our game with yall actually helped us more than you know.
Our coverage has been suspect in areas .from the coaches
Show personel are being moved around which quite a few of us thought should have been done .
Cant play 7 yds plus off or youll get picked apart by a qb.
Ya dont learn anything frim easy games .
I expected west ashley to be tough this year hasnt materialized yet
With all thr crap going on i shouldnt br surprised at anything
This point.

I can explain....

It's like picking the NCAA Basketball Bracket. You can't go completely "CHALK" for the whole bracket.

I expected a tight game but damn .
But the ville shut them out second half.
Not sure how to read that game.
Strange.

GoBigGreen said their QB is out. WA kept 8 in the box all night.

The Rebels win over Dorman makes a first round home game possible, if Spartanburg wins over Riverside and Dorman, and the Rebels take care of Wade Hampton. Should Dorman end up beating Spartanburg and there is a three way tie, then it gets complicated and the Rebels could end up back on the road, or even end up as the Region Champion. So, like I always say, this is just a projection based on what I've seen so far this year, a lot is still possible.

What's left in Region II:
2-0 Spartanburg......10/22 at Riverside..............10/29 vs Dorman
2-1 Byrnes...................................................... 10/29 at Wade Hampton
1-1 Dorman............10/22 vs Wade Hampton.....10/29 atSpartanburg
.

The Wave QB went down the second half against Stratford.
The backup has a strong arm but needs alot of work.
If you're playing West Ashley you better find #8 and tackle him...

Region I
Hillcrest plays J L Mann this week while T L Hanna is at Byrnes for a crossover non-region game. On October 29th, Hillcrest will host T L Hanna in the game for Region I Title. The only thing left is who goes to the Region II Champion and who goes to the Region II Runner Up, Woodmont or Mauldin.

Region II - look up a couple of posts, I did that one already....

Region III
Clover hosts Gaffney in the game to determine the champion on Friday Night unless, Clover beats Gaffney and then loses to Nation Ford on 10/29 and you end up with a three way tie between Gaffney, Nation Ford and Clover.... and in most years, I would not have even mentioned that possibility, but Clover did beat Dorman at Dorman in Week Zero and I haven't figured that out yet?

Region IV
Again, most years I would give the Region Title to Northwestern right now, but if Rock Hill beats Ridge View and then beats Northwestern, the title goes to Rock Hill... unless Spring Valley beats Blythewood and they are all 3-1. You know what, I'm going out on a limb and say this one goes to the Trojans!

Region V
OK, does anyone have any questions on Region V? I didn't think so.

Region VI
Congratulations Sumter! They are the Region Champions.

Region VII
The Goose Creek Gators should take care of Wando on 10/22 and then play Stratford on 10/29 with the Region Title on the line.

Region VIII
10/22 a 2-0 Fort Dorchester plays a 3-0 West Ashely for the lead in Region VII. Lead you say? Yes, if Fort Dorchester takes out West Ashley, and Fort Dorchester falls to Summerville on 10/29 (assuming Summerville takes care of Ashley Ridge on 10/22) we have that three way tie possibility again. Personally, I'd be willing to bet that substantial amount that Fort Dorchester takes care of business both nights, but it is high school football and I would have, no I did bet that Dorman would beat my Rebels..... I'm buying lunch before the T L Hanna game next week!

Hey Reb74, Goose Creek played Stratford in place of Ashley Ridge due to Covid. Gators won 69-44. We’ve already wrapped up the region regardless of the outcome of the Wando game. Ashley Ridge would be our 10/29 game.
