Apparently so.

Call them...
The Comebacks
They were down against Spartanburg and Dorman and came back to win both games. :o

Well everyone knew Boiling Springs was pretty good. I think you have 1st tier teams like Byrnes, NW, and Goose Creek and then there's the rest of us. You take Spartanburg, Gaffney, and Dorman and have them replay all their games this season and you could get just as many different outcomes. Dorman never punted all night. We just had a very frustrating red zone offense. Once again, the defense proved up to the task of holding off Boiling Spings UNTIL we needed stops at the end. This is how things went against our other two losses to Dutch Fork and Gaffney. Just haven't been able to play complete games at times this year.

Very frustrating. Unless Byrnes is completely flat next Friday we will end the regular season at 7 and 4. I think the only bright spot is that there is still a possibility that this team could make it to Columbia if we don't draw Byrnes on the same side of the brackets but Dorman is anything but dominating this year.

Hate to say it folks...I mean there's still a lot of football left to play but at this point I think I just hope for us to break a heart or two in the post season, keep our streak of winning seasons in tact, and say, "Well there's always next year!"

Dorman should improve next year. I need to look at our roster but by all rights we should be more disciplined defensively and maybe a little more potent offensively.

Peace out guys!

Hate that your guys lost DeCav.

You have company on the frustrating Red Zone offense tonight. :(

GWD 28 Easley 3

Much closer game than the final score.
Easley defense played very well. Only gave up 14 points in 3.5 quarters.
One TD on a long run, the other after we turned it over in our end.
It still took GWD two 4th down conversions with a short field to get the 2nd TD.

With the score 14-3, our Offense moved the ball into the RED ZONE three different times only to come away with no points on all three occasions. (2 INTs, 1 Turnover On Downs) :(
GWD iced the game with around 6:00 to go in the 4th converting a 4th and 6 going around 35 yards for a TD.
Another GWD TD late in Garbage time, turning a very competitive game into a 28-3 blowout win for GWD.

Frustrating night watching our Offense let a very vulnerable Greenwood team off the Hook.

....I feel like Dennis Green right now...The Eagles are who we thought they were...

Don't feel bad. My Cavs are still looking for their first victory.
